If there's one thing you should know about me, it's that I love celebrating people.

For as long as I can remember, I've dreamed of owning a little coffee shop called A Cup of Sunshine. I fell in love with the way coffee shops brought people together, created community, and made even the simplest moments feel special. Somewhere along the way, making someone their favorite latte or creating a drink just for them became one of my favorite ways to love on people.

Then came baking, and suddenly two things I loved came together.

I realized that my favorite part of creating something, whether it's a housemade latte, a freshly baked cookie, or a cake made for someone's special day, isn't just the process itself. It's the person on the receiving end.

There's something so special about making someone feel seen, known, and celebrated through something you've created just for them.

I really believe food has a way of telling a story. A familiar flavor can bring back a memory, a beautiful cake can become part of a moment you'll never forget, and sometimes the simplest treat can make someone's entire day.
